#Story#1001: "Teenager Motivation & School Resistance"

A 13-year-old girl studying in a prestigious private school in France came to the session because she had completely lost motivation for studying and homework.

She was highly social, active, modern, surrounded by many friends, loved organizing outings, dressing well, and spending time socially. Despite this, there were no behavioral problems at school and no disciplinary issues.

The main concern was that she no longer understood why she needed school, felt no motivation to study, and believed that most subjects had no meaning for her future.

Coaching & transformation

During the Transformational Mentorship session, the goal was not to force motivation artificially, but to understand why the motivation had disappeared.

Through the process, we explored several parallel directions at the same time:

  • her social life,
  • her studies,
  • and her future vision.

The session helped her understand that life is built through multiple parallel structures that must function together, not separately.

Very quickly, the real root problem became visible.

The teenager realized that she actually did not hate studying at all. In reality, she understood that the subjects themselves were important for her future.

The real emotional blockage came from two teachers she emotionally disconnected from — one felt boring to her, while another felt more entertaining than educational.

Without realizing it, she had emotionally disconnected her future from her daily efforts at school.

Once she understood that she was unconsciously risking her own future because of temporary emotional reactions toward a few teachers, her perception changed almost instantly.

We also worked on the purpose of homework and daily discipline. She suddenly understood that homework was not punishment, but part of building the future she had just created for herself during the session.

At the end of the session, when asked:
“How are you going to approach school now?”

she answered very calmly:
“When I come home, I’ll eat something, rest for five minutes, and do my homework first. Then I’ll enjoy the rest of my time with friends.”

She also decided that before weekends, she preferred finishing all her homework in advance so she could fully enjoy her free time and social life without stress.

At that moment, external pressure from adults was no longer necessary.

She became internally connected to her own future vision.

By the end of the session, her voice, posture, energy, and behavior had completely changed. She appeared calm, focused, emotionally mature, and highly responsible.

Conclusion

Sometimes teenagers do not lack intelligence, potential, or even motivation.

Very often, the real problem is that their psychological focus becomes emotionally disconnected and confused.

A small emotional blockage can slowly distort an entire perception of school, future, effort, and self-discipline.

Without intervention, this confusion can continue for years and seriously damage future opportunities.

In this case, a single transformational session was enough to reconnect the teenager with her own future vision, restore internal clarity, and naturally reactivate motivation, responsibility, discipline, and personal engagement.

#Story#1002: “I Lost Motivation For Sport.”

A 51-year-old businessman from Los Angeles came to the session after spending almost five years completely disconnected from sport, despite having been highly active and athletic his entire life.

Over time, he noticed physical changes in his body, loss of energy, and growing frustration with himself. He constantly postponed returning to sport, but emotionally felt unable to restart.

More than anything, he wanted to understand:

“Something happened to me. I used to love sport. Now I keep postponing it for years and I can’t understand why. I lost motivation completely. Can you help me reconnect with that part of myself again?”

Coaching & transformation

During the session, it became clear that the real problem was not a lack of motivation at all.

Several years earlier, after business changes and relocation to another city, his entire rhythm of life had changed. Sport slowly disappeared from his routine because there were no convenient sports facilities nearby.

At the same time, he began experiencing some back discomfort and psychologically convinced himself that sport was worsening a serious physical problem.

However, after deeper exploration, it became clear that the situation was far less serious than he imagined.

The moment he emotionally relaxed and stopped perceiving himself as physically “damaged,” his subconscious immediately revealed something important:
he had already discovered a new type of training he actually enjoyed, and this new activity caused no pain at all.

The real disruption was not physical.

The real disruption was that he had fallen out of his natural rhythm and unconsciously remained there for years.

The turning point came when he realized that five years had already passed without him noticing it, and that another twenty years could pass exactly the same way.

He suddenly understood that continuing to postpone action could eventually create the very health problems he feared.

At the end of the session, he decided:

  • to professionally check his spine,

  • to register for the new sports club located near his home,

  • and to integrate sport back into his schedule starting with two sessions per week.

He even decided to place these training sessions into his planner exactly like business meetings and professional obligations.

And most importantly:
he actually followed through and did it.

Conclusion

The client did not truly have a serious health problem.

The real problem was that relocation and life changes had slowly disconnected him from an important part of his identity and daily rhythm.

Over time, this emotional disconnection transformed into fear, avoidance, excuses, and loss of motivation.

During the session, he reconnected with the future version of himself and realized that protecting his health today was far more important than continuing to postpone action for another twenty years.

#Story#1003: “I feel emotionally trapped in a relationship I no longer understand.”

A 44-year-old woman came after becoming emotionally involved in a secret relationship with the director of the company where she worked.

The relationship began after he convinced her that his marriage was unhappy and that he planned to divorce his wife in order to build a future with her.

Over time, she became emotionally attached and psychologically dependent on the relationship, while the situation itself remained completely unchanged for months.

At the same time, she isolated herself emotionally, stopped speaking openly about the situation with others, and slowly began feeling confused, emotionally exhausted, and internally conflicted.

After several months, she finally started feeling that something inside the relationship was deeply unhealthy and no longer understood what was truly happening emotionally, psychologically, and personally.

Result & Transformation

At the beginning of the coaching session, I asked her a very direct question:
“Do you truly want to continue this relationship, or do you want to find the strength to finally leave it?”

Her answer was immediate:
she wanted to end the relationship, but emotionally she felt unable to detach herself from it.

As we went deeper into the coaching process, something very important surfaced unexpectedly.

This is something I often observe during transformational coaching:
at a certain moment, the subconscious begins revealing the real emotional root on which the entire negative situation is unconsciously built.

Very often, even toxic emotional attachment still has a deeper psychological foundation underneath it.

During the session, she suddenly realised and admitted that this was not the first emotionally abusive relationship in her life.

She recognised a repeating pattern:
throughout her life, she had repeatedly attracted emotionally unavailable, psychologically dominant, or emotionally destructive men.

As we explored this further, it became clear that the deeper emotional root was connected to unresolved emotional pain and psychological wounds linked to her relationship with her father during childhood.

At a certain point during the session, one of the most important shifts happened:
she stopped seeing herself only as the victim of the situation.

Instead, she began understanding that unconsciously she had been emotionally attracting and accepting this type of relationship dynamic for many years because of unresolved internal emotional patterns.

This completely changed her perception of the situation.

For the first time, she clearly understood that this man was not truly the love she wanted for her life and that the relationship itself was only reflecting a much deeper emotional wound inside her.

She also admitted something very important:
she realised that she had never truly experienced healthy, passionate, emotionally fulfilling love in her life.

I explained to her that as long as she continued remaining emotionally attached to this destructive relationship dynamic, she would never allow herself to experience the kind of love and emotional connection she actually desired deep inside.

At the end of the session, when I asked her what she felt she needed to do next, her answer became very clear:
“I need to heal the emotional block created by my childhood and my parents’ relationship patterns.”

Conclusion

Very often, people become emotionally trapped inside a situation and focus only on what is happening externally.

However, when emotions, fears, emotional dependency, and psychological wounds are involved, it becomes extremely difficult for a person to clearly see the deeper root of the problem or find the strength to move out of the situation alone.

This is why transformational coaching work can become so important.

In many cases, the real issue is not the situation itself, but the unconscious emotional pattern hidden underneath it.

Once the deeper root becomes visible and emotionally understood, the entire perception of the situation begins changing.

The goal is not simply to “talk about the problem,” but to identify the real emotional mechanism behind it so that the person no longer needs to keep repeating the same destructive cycle in the future.
