  • About The Method

Transformational Mentorship is a fast subconscious transformation method designed to identify and change the deeper emotional root behind a difficult life situation, repeated pattern, internal blockage, or emotional conflict.

The method is based on a structured psychological algorithm using a specific sequence of questions and emotional sensations designed to access deeper subconscious patterns and emotional roots.

Through this process, the subconscious often reveals the real source of the problem. Once this deeper root becomes visible and conscious, transformation and emotional change can begin immediately.

These sessions are helpful for teenagers starting from age 12, as well as adults of all ages experiencing emotional, personal, relational, or life challenges.

Step I — The Visible Problem:

The process begins with the problem the person consciously describes and believes to be the main issue.

Step II — Access To The Subconscious:

At this stage, the method connects the conscious mind through the person’s answers to structured questions, together with the emotional sensations and subconscious reactions felt internally.

By connecting the branches above with the roots below, the process quickly reveals the trunk — the real core problem linking both the conscious and subconscious mind.

Step III — Awareness & Transformation:

Once the real problem becomes clear, the person understands what must change, what actions need to be taken, and naturally develops a strong internal desire to break the destructive pattern and move forward differently.

A visible problem is never isolated.

Every emotional blockage grows both upward into visible consequences and downward into subconscious roots.

Most approaches work separately with the branches or the roots, which can take years without resolving the real core problem.

Olga Zubko’s Transformational Mentorship method focuses on identifying the trunk the real core problem connecting both the conscious and subconscious mind.

Once the trunk is transformed, both the visible consequences above and the subconscious roots below naturally begin to lose their power.

    Real Situation From Practice

    "Teenager Motivation & School Resistance"

A 13-year-old girl studying in a prestigious private school in France came to the session because she had completely lost motivation for studying and homework.

She was highly social, active, modern, surrounded by many friends, loved organizing outings, dressing well, and spending time socially. Despite this, there were no behavioral problems at school and no disciplinary issues.

The main concern was that she no longer understood why she needed school, felt no motivation to study, and believed that most subjects had no meaning for her future.

    “I Lost Motivation For Sport.”

A 51-year-old businessman from Los Angeles came to the session after spending almost five years completely disconnected from sport, despite having been highly active and athletic his entire life.

Over time, he noticed physical changes in his body, loss of energy, and growing frustration with himself. He constantly postponed returning to sport, but emotionally felt unable to restart.

More than anything, he wanted to understand:

“Something happened to me. I used to love sport. Now I keep postponing it for years and I can’t understand why. I lost motivation completely. Can you help me reconnect with that part of myself again?”

“I feel emotionally trapped in a relationship I no longer understand.”

A 44-year-old woman came after becoming emotionally involved in a secret relationship with the director of the company where she worked.

The relationship began after he convinced her that his marriage was unhappy and that he planned to divorce his wife in order to build a future with her.

Over time, she became emotionally attached and psychologically dependent on the relationship, while the situation itself remained completely unchanged for months.

At the same time, she isolated herself emotionally, stopped speaking openly about the situation with others, and slowly began feeling confused, emotionally exhausted, and internally conflicted.

After several months, she finally started feeling that something inside the relationship was deeply unhealthy and no longer understood what was truly happening emotionally, psychologically, and personally.
