Before your start
Everything you need to know before beginning your mentoring journey
How do I know which mentoring program is right for me?
Start by describing your goals, challenges, or what you would like to improve in the contact form. Before beginning any mentoring program, we always start with a Foundation Session.
During this extended first session, we explore your current situation, identify your priorities, uncover important underlying needs, and clarify the direction that will bring the greatest impact. By the end of the session, you’ll decide which area you’d like to focus on first and leave with a clear next step. From there, we’ll create the mentoring journey that best fits your goals.
Why do you use different methods instead of just one?
Because no single method can answer every question or solve every challenge.
Over the years, I’ve found that the best results come from choosing the right combination of tools for each individual. Every method has its own purpose and strengths.
Sometimes you need clear answers about your natural strengths, talents, financial potential, or the right timing for important decisions. Sometimes the real challenge is changing habits, overcoming limiting beliefs, building confidence, or creating a practical strategy.
This is why I combine mentoring, psychology-based methods, astrology, and my own business experience. Together, they help you understand yourself more deeply, avoid unnecessary mistakes, and move toward your goals faster than relying on a single method alone.
My business experience adds another important dimension. It allows me to share practical strategies, anticipate common challenges, and help you avoid mistakes that often take years to learn through trial and error.
The goal is never to use more methods. The goal is to choose the right method—or combination of methods—for the fastest, clearest, and most effective progress.
How many sessions does a mentoring program include?
There is no fixed number of sessions. Every mentoring program is fully personalized and depends on your goals, your project, your current situation, and the level of support you need.
We always begin with a Foundation Session. During this extended first session, we identify your priorities, uncover the key areas to work on, and build a clear mentoring roadmap. By the end of the session, we’ll know whether a 5-session, 10-session, or a more individualized mentoring program is the most appropriate for you.
Some clients simply want clarity or support with a specific challenge. Others are working on larger goals, such as a complete career transition, building a business, or developing a long-term project. In these cases, mentoring may continue for several months or even one or two years, depending on the level of guidance they would like to receive.
Between sessions, you’ll receive personalized practical assignments designed to move your project forward. The frequency of our meetings depends on your goals, your availability, your pace of implementation, and how quickly you complete the work between sessions.
The faster you want to move toward your goals, the more frequently we’ll usually meet. Sessions may take place weekly, every two weeks, or monthly—always at a pace that best supports your progress.
Can I benefit from just one mentoring session?
Yes. Every mentoring session is transformational. It is not simply a conversation—every session is designed to create meaningful progress.
Each session has one or more clearly defined objectives. Together, we focus on solving a specific challenge, overcoming a block, developing a new skill, gaining a new perspective, or creating a practical strategy for your next step.
By the end of every session, you’ll leave with a clear action plan and personalized assignments to implement in your daily life. The goal is not just insight, but real change through concrete action.
Every session is one step forward. Every session creates transformation.
What happens between mentoring sessions?
The most important progress happens between mentoring sessions.
At the end of every session, you’ll receive personalized practical assignments designed to move your career, business, project, or personal goals forward. Each assignment is directly connected to the objective of that session and helps turn ideas into real action.
At the beginning of the next session, we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges you’ve encountered, and adjust the strategy if needed. Every session builds on the previous one, creating continuous progress toward your goals.
A simple way to understand mentoring is to imagine regular strategy meetings. During each meeting, we decide on the next priorities and define clear actions. Between meetings, you put those actions into practice. At the next session, we evaluate what worked, what can be improved, and what the next step should be. This ongoing cycle keeps your project moving forward with clarity, structure, and accountability.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before starting?
Not at all. In fact, helping people who feel uncertain, confused, or don’t yet know what they truly want is an important part of my mentoring. I genuinely enjoy working with these situations because they often lead to the most meaningful transformations.
Over the years, I’ve developed a structured mentoring approach that combines different methods depending on your needs. I use mentoring techniques, psychology-based coaching methods, and astrology as a practical guidance tool. Together, these approaches help uncover your natural strengths, motivations, current stage of development, and the direction that best fits your potential.
For many people, this process brings clarity surprisingly quickly. It helps them understand where they are, why they feel stuck, and what the next meaningful step should be.
That’s exactly why every mentoring journey begins with a Foundation Session. Together, we’ll identify what truly matters, clarify your direction, and build a strategy based on who you are—not on assumptions or expectations.
When is the right time to start teen mentoring?
There are two ways to begin.
Parents can start at any age—even from birth—if they would like to better understand their child’s natural strengths, talents, personality, learning style, and developmental needs. This early guidance helps parents make more informed decisions and support their child’s growth with greater confidence.
From around the age of 12, depending on the teenager’s maturity and readiness, I also work directly with teenagers. Teen mentoring focuses on areas such as school motivation, confidence, organization, career direction, university choice, entrepreneurial mindset, and other skills that support a successful transition into adult life.
The specific areas of teen mentoring are described above on this page.
