Real Story :
The Entrepreneur Who Rediscovered His Own Vision
A 35-year-old entrepreneur living in France had been running his own business for eight years. His company was stable and successful, but it had reached a plateau. Although he wanted to grow, he no longer knew which direction to take.
For months, one thought kept coming back:
"Maybe I should leave everything behind and start a completely different business."
The idea sounded exciting. A fresh start seemed like the answer. Yet something didn't feel right.
When we met for our first mentoring session, we explored both possibilities. We looked at the idea of creating a completely new business, but we also took a closer look at what he had already built.
As our conversation unfolded, something unexpected emerged.
Hidden beneath years of daily routines was a project connected to his existing business—an idea he had once been passionate about but had gradually put aside. Life, responsibilities, and everyday work had pushed it into the background until he had almost forgotten about it.
The moment he saw it again, everything changed.
He realized he didn't need to throw away eight years of experience to create something bigger. The opportunity had been there all along. Instead of starting from zero, he could build on a solid foundation, expand his existing business, and finally bring that long-forgotten project to life.
What had seemed like confusion suddenly became clarity.
Instead of walking away from everything he had achieved, he found a direction that felt both realistic and deeply meaningful. For the first time in a long while, he knew exactly where to move next.
Coaching & Transformation
The first stage of our work focused on psychoanalytic coaching. The goal was not to tell him what to do, but to help him rediscover what genuinely motivated him.
During this process, two different business directions emerged. One involved starting a completely new venture. The other was a project connected to his existing business—an idea he had been passionate about for years but had gradually forgotten.
We carefully compared both options. We looked at their realism, long-term potential, and, most importantly, the level of energy and passion each one generated. It became clear that the second option wasn't simply the safer choice—it was the one that truly inspired him. Rather than abandoning his career, he needed to expand it.
At the same time, we began developing his entrepreneurial mindset. Instead of making decisions based only on emotions or intuition, I encouraged him to think strategically, translate ideas into measurable goals, and evaluate every decision from a business perspective. This shift helped him move from uncertainty to structured planning.
Our next session focused on his entrepreneurial potential through an astrological analysis. This wasn't about predicting the future. It was about understanding his natural strengths, business abilities, leadership qualities, and psychological patterns.
The analysis revealed something remarkable: he possessed a much stronger entrepreneurial capacity than he believed. The real obstacle wasn't a lack of talent—it was a lack of confidence. Deep inside, he had always sensed his potential, but he didn't fully trust it.
By showing him how these strengths were reflected in his own astrological chart and explaining how they could be used in practice, he finally had objective confirmation of what he had felt for years. His confidence grew because he could clearly see his abilities rather than simply hoping they existed.
Finally, we added sport coaching and motivation to support his long-term success. Building a successful business requires much more than professional skills. It also requires energy, discipline, resilience, and good physical health.
Together, we created a simple and realistic fitness plan that fit naturally into his lifestyle. He took action immediately. The very next day, he bought new running shoes, sportswear, and committed to exercising three times a week. What mattered most was not the purchase itself, but the fact that he acted without postponing.
This reflects one of the core principles of my mentoring approach. Every session is designed to produce measurable progress. Clients don't leave with motivation alone—they leave with greater clarity, a practical strategy, and concrete actions they begin implementing immediately. When thinking changes, consistent action follows.
Conclusion
Every career or business transition should begin with one important question: Do you really need to start over?
In my mentoring, I always look first at the experience, skills, and opportunities a person already has. Very often, the fastest and most sustainable path isn't creating something completely new—it's rediscovering untapped potential within an existing career or business.
Of course, this isn't always the answer. If someone has genuinely outgrown their business, feels completely disconnected from it, and no longer has any desire to continue, then exploring a new direction may be the right decision.
My goal is never to push people toward one option or another. My goal is to help them find the path that feels both realistic and deeply motivating.
One principle guides every mentoring session: lasting progress happens where genuine energy exists.
When people reconnect with what truly inspires them, decisions become clearer, confidence grows, and taking action feels natural rather than forced. If that source of motivation cannot be found in one direction, we continue exploring until we discover where it truly belongs.
The right strategy matters—but it is meaningful motivation that turns strategy into consistent action.
